“NOBODIES
TO START HEALING REVIVAL”
(A
Prophetic Perspective by Al Thomas)
DURING
MY REGULAR PRAYER TIME I FELT LED TO ASK THE LORD A question: ”Gracious
Master, who are you going to use to start (this often prophesied)
healing revival?” I had heard this prophetic word (in various
forms) many times in many places. I gave a similar word in the
past. After praying, I opened my eyes. On my desk was the latest
Christian magazine. It was opened to a page showing pictures of
many well known Christian ministers. These were solid men and women
of God. They were people to whom we give honor (1
Tim. 5:17) and
should. I admired them and prayed for their ministries. You would
know each of them by their names or photos. Without thinking I
heard myself say out loud: “God, I suppose you’ll use
these well known men and women in the coming healing revival…” The
Lord spoke: “No, I WILL USE PEOPLE WHO ARE nobodies.”
1. “GOD
TO USE NOBODIES TO HEAL BODIES…” God
said, “The church will be expecting Me to use the
well known and popular. Don’t misunderstand My son, I’m not saying
I am displeased with anyone… I am saying in this move of
My Spirit I will use the ‘insignificant people.’ ” I
was hungry for more. He continued: “Don’t be fooled
into thinking it takes a somebody to get a great thing done for
Me…I prefer to use nobodies.” An hour before I had
been reading about an unknown, insignificant servant. A captive
Jewish girl (read 2 Kings 5: 1-3) who was instrumental in Naaman’s
healing. She wasn’t famous. Her name wasn’t on bill
boards, radio or TV. She was unknown, a nobody…but fertile
ground for God, ground already broken up, soft and pliable (Jer.
4:3; Hos. 10:12). A nobody birthing a miracle…
2. “Have
you ever felt like a nobody? GOOD…” The
Lord says you are the perfect candidate to be greatly used. Naaman
would have never received healing unless this ordinary girl opened
her mouth. I can see her washing dishes, humming away and innocently
blurting out “Oh, if only my master would go see Elisha…he
would cure him of his leprosy…” (2 Kings
5:3). Boy,
did she start something! This young girl being held captive by
the Syrians, remembered her God, His prophets and His power and
wasn’t ashamed to speak about it. God is about to use nobodies
who simply “…declare among the people his doings” (Ps.
91:11).
Ps. 40:5 says: “Many,
O LORD my God, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done… if
I would declare and speak of them,
they are more than can be numbered.” God wants nobodies (by
faith) to start confessing His healing power!
3. I
SEE IN THE SPIRIT (supposed) NOBODIES STARTING A MASSIVE HEALING
MOVEMENT This
unknown girl was trapped. Do you feel trapped?
Are you wondering why you’re in the predicament you are in?
He has strategically placed you in a pit so His power can come
forth. This girl was a forced servant of her enemies yet she’s
not throwing a pity party. She speaks highly of her God (Mark
2:12b; 9:8) and starts a miracle. Many
so called ‘little people’ are
about to start miracles. You don’t need to be preaching before
thousands or in charge of a big ministry. Remember…a certain
jailer and his family (Acts 16:22-24) wouldn’t be saved if
Paul and Silas were not trapped in prison and a nation wouldn’t
be delivered if a young boy named Joseph wasn’t thrown into
a pit (Gen. 37:24). I see trapped people raising their hands to
heaven and God handing them healing power. Nobodies healing bodies!
4. ANGELS GOING TO CHURCHES WITH A CLASSIFIED AD THEN I SAW A VISION. ANGELS WERE SENT TO EVERY CHURCH HOLDING
A SIGN:
WANTED: “PEOPLE TO BE USED TO BRING FORTH GOD’S
HEALING POWER”
‘Prefer
people who feel ordinary, trapped, and insignificant. Not looking
for
people in the know or those seeking power, recognition
or honor (1 Cor. 12:23-24). Imitators not wanted. Must be able
to work with angels (John 1:51). No experience needed. Will train.
Apply in person. Need is very great. Sorry, only interviewing nobodies
at this time. Sincerely, GOD.’
“…for
the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on
the outward appearance,but
the LORD looketh on the heart. (1 Samuel 16:7b)
